Delay in Fishing Quota Allocation Causes Concern in Iceland
The delay in deciding the allowable catch for the upcoming fishing year is problematic for all fishing companies, large and small, according to Örvar Már Marteinsson, chairman of the Association of Smaller Fishing Companies.
