Amazon's Zoox Receives Approval for Commercial Robotaxi Operations
Amazon's subsidiary Zoox has become the first company to receive approval from the American traffic safety authority NHTSA to commercially operate a robotaxi without a steering wheel or pedals. This allows developers to bypass the need for converted production cars.
