Strasbourg Court Clears Path for Prosecutor Gentjan Osmani's Return to Duty

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that the dismissal of prosecutor Gentjan Osmani by the Special Appeals Chamber was disproportionate, paving the way for his return to duty.
