Romanian Entrepreneurs Challenge ANAF's Retroactive VAT Demands
A Bucharest lawyer has sent a memorandum to Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, proposing nine solutions and denouncing as incorrect the tax authority ANAF's demands for retroactive VAT payments from Romanian small business owners for the past six years.
