Romania Exempts Cultural Institutions from Staff Cuts, Other Government Measures
Following the adoption of an emergency ordinance by the Romanian government to increase the financial capacity of the public sector, public cultural institutions such as museums, public collections, and libraries are exempt from personnel cuts.
