Canadian Energy Minister Defends West Coast Pipeline as 'Good Investment'

Canadian Energy Minister Tim Hodgson stated that a second pipeline to the West Coast would be a worthwhile investment for the federal government, despite potential taxpayer costs which he could not specify.
