UN Reports July as Deadliest Month for Civilians in Ukraine Since March 2022
The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU) reported that July saw 3,047 civilians killed or injured by Russian forces, marking the highest casualty toll since March 2022, shortly after the invasion began.
