ASUU Issues Strike Ultimatum to Nigerian Government and States
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has issued a 14-day ultimatum to the Nigerian federal and state governments, threatening a nationwide strike if their demands regarding the 2025 agreement and outstanding arrears are not met. This comes as ASUU has already commenced an indefinite strike at Bayelsa universities and NANS warns governors against another industrial action.
