Rosneft Sues Germany Over State Management of Schwedt Refinery Assets

Russian energy giant Rosneft has filed a new lawsuit in a German court, challenging the German state's transfer of its German assets, including a controlling stake in the strategic Schwedt refinery, to state management. The refinery supplies 13% of Germany's fuel needs.
