West Bengal Passes Bills to Amend OBC List and Reservation Quota

West Bengal has passed bills to remove certain Muslim groups from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) list, as mandated by the Calcutta High Court. The amendments also revise the OBC reservation quota from 10% to 7% and reorganize categories.
