Youth Group from Capital Region Traveled to Kotka Maritime Festival to Fight
Police cleared Isopuisto park on both weekend nights during the Kotka Maritime Festival after a youth group from the capital region traveled there specifically to fight. Police also found bladed weapons and brass knuckles on them, and graffiti was found on central business premises and apartment building walls.
