Bosnia and Herzegovina's Asset Seizure Law Nears Completion

The law on the seizure and management of assets, one of two key pieces of legislation required to prevent Bosnia and Herzegovina from being placed on the Moneyval grey list, is reportedly in its final stages and will soon be presented to the Council of Ministers.
