Children’s play area in Cork estate getting swamped in raw sewage as residents ‘at their wits’ end’

The residents of a west Cork housing estate are "at their wit's end" dealing with a failing wastewater treatment plant that is spilling raw sewage into a children’s play area, a county council meeting has heard.
