Philippine Senate Urged to Probe EDSA Repairs After Potholes Emerge

A resolution has been filed in the Philippine Senate calling for an investigation into the rehabilitation and repair of EDSA, after numerous potholes appeared following more than a week of heavy rains in Metro Manila.
