Opposition Files Complaints Over 'Illegal' Niš City Assembly Session

Opposition groups in the Niš City Assembly, 'Dr Dragan Milić' and the Coalition for Niš, have filed complaints and lawsuits regarding alleged 'gross violations of legal and democratic procedures' during the last assembly session where a new president was elected.

Odborničke grupe "Dr Dragan Milić" i Koalicija za Niš u Skupštini grada Niša podnele su žalbe i tužbe povodom "grubog kršenja zakonskih i demokratskih procedura" na poslednjoj skupštinskoj sednici na kojoj je izabran novi predsednik, nakon što je prethodnom, Igoru Novakoviću, prestao mandat zbog pravosnažne osuđujuće presude.
