Pop superstar Celine Dion has announced that she's returning to the stage with a series of concerts in Paris. The announcement of her comeback has her fans going wild. In a new record, nine million people registered for a chance to purchase one of 450,000 tickets available. We speak with music journalist Jasmine Shemesh about Dion’s enduring popularity.
