Ayawaso East by-election: NPP vows not to participate in vote-buying

The National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Salam Mustapha, has said that his party would not resort to vote-buying in the Ayawaso East by-election, stressing that the NPP is offering principled leadership rather than material inducements.
