Russia could launch offensive in northern Ukraine in February if it conducts new mobilization – DIU

Russia could theoretically attempt to launch an offensive in northern Ukraine this year, but there are currently no conditions necessary for such an operation. Those conditions could emerge if Russia conducts a new mobilization campaign after its parliamentary elections in September.
