Former Epra Chief Accused of Torture in Sh96m Dispute

Four staff members have accused a former chief of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Epra) of torture, alleging they were stripped, beaten, and forced to transfer properties in connection with a Sh96 million dispute.
