Zimbabwe's ruling party accused of hollowing out parliamentary oversight

Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa has signed into law constitutional changes extending his time in office from 2028 to 2030. The legislation, known as CAB3, also allows parliament, rather than a public vote, to elect future presidents.
