Flood Risk Warning Issued for Seven Romanian Counties
The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management in Romania has issued a yellow code hydrological warning, valid until midnight, for river sectors in seven counties: Alba, Cluj, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Ialomița, Buzău, and Vrancea.
