Groups Decry Alleged Surveillance at Mortuary Holding Remains of Alleged Rebel in Negros
Groups are protesting alleged surveillance activities at a mortuary in Negros where the remains of Vince Francis Dingding, a former UP Cebu student leader and alleged rebel, are being held. Cauayan Mayor John Rey Tabujara stated that Dingding would be given a decent burial.
