Driver Admits Smartphone Use in Fatal Japan Expressway Crash

The driver of a large truck involved in a fatal accident on Japan's Shin-Meishin Expressway in Mie Prefecture, which killed six people including three children, has admitted to looking at his smartphone at the time of the collision.
