Church Not Required to Pay Towards School's €90,000 Settlement for Child's Injury

A court ruled that a Church of Ireland centre in Howth is not required to contribute to a €90,000 settlement for a child who was scarred by a bramble while playing in the garden area of a Montessori school located on its premises.
