Portugal's Housing and Urban Rehabilitation Institute (IHRU) has called for "greater rigor" from politicians, responding to claims by the Socialist Party leader that the government has 10 ready-to-occupy homes in Azinheira dos Barros, clarifying they are for people in a "transitional phase."
