Czech Police Investigate AI-Generated Pornography Cases

Czech police are investigating nearly 30 cases of identity misuse for AI-generated pornography, including instances involving minors. A new law, paragraph 191a, has been introduced to address this crime.

Především kvůli stále dokonalejší umělé inteligenci byl na začátku roku zapsaný do trestního zákoníku nový trestný čin – zneužití identity k výrobě pornografie a jejímu šíření. Příslušný paragraf má číslo 191a a za výrobu kompromitujících fotografií nebo videí počítá až s dvouletým vězením.
