German Ex-Judge Udo Di Fabio Warns of Constitutional Crisis

Former German constitutional judge Udo Di Fabio has warned of a constitutional crisis, citing reform backlogs and loss of trust. The administrative court in Berlin also issued two rulings against the federal government.
