Barrick Taps Bock to Lead Ex-North America Unit Ahead of IPO

Barrick Mining Corp. named Sebastiaan Bock as chief executive officer of its operations outside North America, the latest shake-up as Chairman John Thornton advances plans to separate the company’s most valuable assets in an initial public offering later this year.
