Mandatory Registration of Prepaid SIM Cards Introduced in BiH

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law on Communications, which introduces the obligation for prepaid mobile service users to register, in order to avoid restrictions.

Savet ministara Bosne i Hercegovine (BiH) usvojio je danas Zakon o dopunama Zakona o komunikacijama, kojim se uvodi obaveza registracije pripejd korisnika mobilnih usluga, da bi se izbegla ograničenja u utvrđivanju identiteta osoba koja koriste te usluge za vršenje krivičnih dela.
