Russia Appoints Deputy Suspected of Aiding Child Abduction as Human Rights Commissioner

Russia's Duma has appointed a deputy suspected of assisting in the illegal adoption of two Ukrainian children, who were removed from the occupied Kherson region, to the position of Human Rights Commissioner.
