Italian Public Sector Contract Negotiations Begin, AI Use Regulated

Negotiations have commenced for the renewal of Italian public sector contracts for 2025-2027, proposing monthly increases ranging from 120 to 208 euros. For the first time, new regulations will address the use of Artificial Intelligence, prohibiting decisions based solely on algorithms or automation.
