Delhi BBA student drove Thar that killed Bhopal tourist in Goa

A 19-year-old BBA student, Shaurya Goyal, has been arrested and released on bail in Goa following a fatal accident. Police confirm Goyal was driving the Mahindra Thar that collided with a car, killing 65-year-old tourist Bhagat Ram Sharma. Eyewitness claims of a female driver have been dismissed by authorities, citing CCTV evidence.
