IRS Officers Detained by Security at Odisha's Raj Bhavan

Two Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officers were stopped by security personnel at Raj Bhavan in Odisha and subsequently taken to a local police station. The officers reportedly offered to take a breathalyzer test during the incident.
