Accused Russian Spy Balode Remains in Custody in Latvia
The Riga City Court on Thursday refused to soften the security measure of detention for Balode, who is accused of collecting intelligence in Latvia and transmitting it to Russian special services through the pro-Kremlin organization 'Baltic Antifascists'.
