Singapore and Malaysia Dominate First Southeast Asia University Ranking

Singapore and Malaysia have taken the top spots in the inaugural Times Higher Education (THE) Southeast Asia university ranking, with Singapore securing the top two positions and Malaysian institutions filling most of the top 10.
