Drunk Milk Tanker Driver Crashes in Poland

A 44-year-old truck driver, found to have nearly three promille of alcohol in his blood, was arrested by police after his milk tanker trailer overturned into a ditch. Police had previously noticed the vehicle had a damaged wheel.
