Japanese Employers Arrested for Illegally Hiring Vietnamese Workers

Tokyo police have arrested three men on suspicion of illegally employing Vietnamese workers without valid work permits. The arrests were made after the workers were found at a factory in Fukuroi City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
