Former PSD Baron Nicușor Constantinescu May Receive Suspended Sentence
The Bucharest Court of Appeal has decided to suspend the execution of the sentence for three months for Nicușor Constantinescu, former PSD baron of Constanța, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for abuse of office and corruption.
