Singapore Pre-schools to Report Child Abuse Directly to Hotline

Singaporean pre-schools will now report all child abuse cases directly to the anti-violence hotline, bypassing the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), as announced by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).
