Self-proclaimed 'Dr. Oskar' imprisoned in Croatia for defrauding terminally ill patient
Franjo Kelemović, known as 'Dr. Oskar', has been imprisoned in Croatia 13 years after the death of a Slovenian woman he defrauded. He charged her 21,900 euros for teas and enemas while she was terminally ill.
