The Research Institute of Textile Machines in Liberec, Czech Republic, is celebrating its 75th anniversary, having diversified its focus beyond textile machinery to develop around 40 prototypes annually, including a robot for grinding aircraft.

Vývoj textilních strojů už není tím hlavním, čím se Výzkumný ústav textilních strojů z Liberce po 75 letech existence zabývá. Tamní vývojáři a konstruktéři vytvoří ročně zhruba 40 prototypů strojů nebo výrobních linek podle požadavků zákazníků. Ústav zkouší také nejrůznější roboty pro usnadnění výroby nejen v textilním průmyslu.
