SIT: Self-styled godman Ashok Kharat made ‘divine power’ claims to sexually exploit women

A self-styled godman, Ashok Kharat, has been arrested for allegedly exploiting women using claims of divine power and threats of death or defamation. Investigators revealed he used superstition and rituals to extort money and sexually assault victims.
