StubHub fines man more than $3K after uploaded tickets disappear

An Ontario man who trusted StubHub with thousands of dollars worth of race tickets ended up empty handed. Paul Mann loaded seven Grand Prix tickets to the site and sold them, but instead of getting paid, the tickets and his cash vanished – and he ended up fined more than $3,000.
