23 individuals, including film director Lee Sang-il of "National Treasure" and talent Michiko Shimizu, have been selected for the Agency for Cultural Affairs' "Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award for Artistic Excellence," which is given to those who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in the field of art.
