Vladislav Velaš, Secretary for Urbanism and Construction Inspection of Herceg Novi Municipality, has completed his questioning by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office, following his arrest alongside Čedo Popović for alleged illegal construction, prompting the DPS Herceg Novi to claim "panic in the ranks of the government" after the Municipal Assembly President abruptly cancelled a session.
