Minors Arrested for Car Arson in Antwerp, Terrorist Group Claims Responsibility
Two minors have been arrested in Antwerp, Belgium, for setting a car on fire, an incident for which a terrorist group has claimed responsibility. Passersby quickly extinguished the blaze, and no one was injured.
