Typhoon Dolphin Enhances Southwest Monsoon, Bringing Heavy Rains to Philippines

Metro Manila and over 20 provinces in the Philippines continue to experience heavy rainfall due to the southwest monsoon, which is being enhanced by Typhoon Dolphin. A new low-pressure area is also forming outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
