Lower Hutt Mayor Supports Wellington Super-City Merger Plan

The mayor of Lower Hutt has expressed support for a plan that could merge Wellington city, Porirua, Kāpiti, two Hutt Valley and three Wairarapa councils, and the Greater Wellington regional council into a 'super-city'.
