EFTA Court Rules Iceland Fails to Meet EU Pension Obligations
The EFTA Court concluded that the Icelandic state is not fulfilling its obligations under European regulations by failing to ensure that employees of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) can transfer their accumulated pension rights from Icelandic pension funds to an EU fund.
