Habagat-Induced Flooding Affects Thousands in Philippines, Disrupts Travel

Heavy flooding caused by the southwest monsoon (habagat) has impacted over 3,300 people in Oriental Mindoro and Bulacan, disrupting daily life and travel. The adverse weather also led to the cancellation of two flights and affected seven others.
